Hi, I’m Carissa, a Certified Life + Master Mindset Coach, Corporate Executive, Successful Entrepreneur and Busy Mom of 3. I’ve spent over 20 years in the fast-paced world of Sales and Marketing at Fortune 500 companies, gathering a wealth of experience in business-to-business sales, relationship management, leadership, and mentoring, all while fostering my passion of personal development.
In 2022, driven by my desire for a sustainable future, I founded Go Green Clean, LLC. This venture was my first step towards blending my professional skills with my personal values, and it marked the beginning of an exciting entrepreneurial journey. Just a year later, I launched The High Impact Mindset Co., created to empower others, just like me, to tap into their full potential.
From striking poses as a Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor to diving deep into the mind as a certified coach and practitioner of all things mindset and energy (think Hypnotherapy, T.I.M.E Technique, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Reiki, and NLP), I’ve got a whole kit of tools to help steer you towards a life that’s not only successful but also balanced and genuinely joyful.
